To ensure your conference, convention or incentive program is an outstanding success we offer the following support:
- Sourcing accommodation, activities and professional support service providers.
- Compilation of professional bid documents.
- Providing up-to-date, un-biased and obligation free information on the destination.
- Arrange welcome letters for each delegate, signed by either the Gold Coast Mayor or Gold Coast Tourism senior management.
- Offer suggested itineraries.
- Assist with the ground components of official site inspection visits to the destination prior to the event (excludes airfares – minimum of six weeks notice must be provided to Gold Coast Tourism).
- Assistance with a delegate boosting strategy and material to maximise attendance.
- Use of Gold Coast imagery, at no cost, for the production of promotional material.
- Use of Gold Coast Tourism collateral and promotional material – including brochures, postcards and video footage.
- Liaison with Australian Customs to help facilitate a smooth arrival for delegates.
