Pimpama
Pimpama is a northern suburb of the Gold Coast. It is located on the Pacific Motorway 30 km north of Surfers Paradise.
The suburb is presently the last remaining rural town on the Pacific Motorway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The Strawberry Farm is a popular tourist attraction in Pimpama. There are a variety of animals on the farm as well as a kiosk to buy produce.
Play golf at the local Gainsborough Greens local golf club, or at Pacific Springs, which was partly demolished to make way for the Pacific Motorway upgrade. Parts of the course still exist today, just west of the Hotham Creek crossing of the motorway.
